Kyle Properties manages Strata Corporations of varying size, including residential/commercial high-rise towers, wood-frame condos, large and small townhouse complexes, residential & commercial sectioned buildings, co-ops housing corporations, and rental buildings. We are familiar with building systems and we each have years of experience in the industry.

At Kyle Properties Ltd. we take a proactive approach which involves supervision of the work done, site inspections, correspondence and all other aspects with the strata corporation.

We also have master agreements with companies such as Telus and Waste Management allowing you to get the best rates for both the building and the individual Owners.

Our experience managing stratas gives us a unique perspective when managing rental units. We understand the strata act and the way strata’s work.
